Terms of Service

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and we will flag significant changes prominently on the site. By continuing to use the site after changes take effect, you accept the revised terms.

• You sign in to GPTS24 with a Google account, and your first sign-in creates your GPTS24 account. The Google account you use must be your own.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us right away.
• Your account is for your use only. You may not transfer, lend or sell it, or share your account or subscription benefits with anyone else.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

• A Pro subscription unlocks premium content such as full research reports. The exact benefits and prices are those shown on the subscription page. Prices are in US dollars.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are paid through Stripe or PayPal. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and you are charged the price in effect at that time.
• You can manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time on the Account page. After you cancel you will not be charged again, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Monthly and yearly passes are one-off payments made with Alipay or WeChat Pay. They do not renew automatically; you can buy another pass when one expires.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. GPTS24 never sees or stores your card details.
• For refund requests or questions about a charge, email info@gpts24.com and we will handle it based on the circumstances and applicable law.
• We may change subscription prices or benefits. Price changes will be announced on the site in advance and apply only to billing periods that begin after the change takes effect.

The articles, reports, headlines, images, layout and other content on the site, as well as the GPTS24 name and logo, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and belong to GPTS24 or the respective rights holders.

Content on the site is for your personal, non-commercial reading. Without our written permission, you may not:

• copy, republish, sell or otherwise distribute our content, in particular the full text of premium reports;
• bypass, break or circumvent the paywall or any other access restriction;
• use crawlers, scripts or other automated means to collect our content in bulk, or use it to build a database or train artificial intelligence models;
• embed or adapt our content in third-party pages, frames or apps, or present it in a way that implies a partnership with GPTS24.

You may quote brief excerpts for commentary, reporting or research within the limits of fair use, provided you credit GPTS24 and link to the original article.

• Our content is written by our editorial team with AI assistance and reviewed by people; translations between English and Chinese are done by people. We work to keep it accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free of errors, and we correct errors as soon as we find them.
• Our content is for general information only and is not investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Mentioning a company, stock or other investment is not a recommendation to buy or sell it. Any decision you make based on our content is at your own risk.
• The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the site or any downloadable material is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our articles link to papers, official announcements, other publications and other third-party websites, and sign-in, payment and analytics are provided by third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit their sites or use their services.

When using the site, you may not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, including by attacking it, injecting malicious code or sending requests far beyond normal use;
• access our systems, or anyone else’s account or data, without authorization;
• send spam, harassment, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content through the contact form or by other means.

Anything you send us through the contact form or by email must be yours to send and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use it only to reply to you and handle your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, email info@gpts24.com with a link to the content, the basis of your claim and your contact details. We will review the notice and act on it promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GPTS24 and its editors and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold GPTS24 harmless from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site at any time. If this affects a Pro subscription you have paid for, we will give you notice in advance and work with you on the unused part of your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will try to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or the site informally first.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these terms is not a waiver of that right. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
